So many interesting things discussed there. First of all, Bella I also felt strange yesterday, thought first it was tiredness but it was more like a floating sensation most of the day, like my body was sort of a weight, so i did many pauses, slowing down.

Many years ago, I travelled to Cuba when it was still under embargo, and what strikes me was how each person was making so much out of what we through away. A car wheel transformed into a garden pot, everything is a little treasure to be transformed.

Well, this is my spirit, I have no normal job, I look after my mother, and work on the land, so everything here can be transformed.
