Working with our 3D bodies consciously is a huge part of the embodiment of our multi-dimensional selves. As we transition at this time into a homo-luminescent being we are learning that in order to receive and hold the higher frequencies of light coherently we need to be working with our body technology with more awareness. The understanding contained in our bodies is all the technology we need to not only survive and thrive here on Earth but to also access other worlds and dimensions through.
